[Rails] Need Ruby on Rails hands on developers for Wall Street client

Multiple openings for consulting and/or full time positions in NYC and
Washington, DC

Qulifications:
Write code in Ruby,HTML/CSS, Javascript
Design, implement and maintain Ruby on Rails based components
Experience iwth OOA/OOD
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MYSQL and Oracle
Experience in Agile envionment using Scrum, Pair Programming or
Exterme Programming
Superb analytical skills, self directed, excellent communication
skills
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
