[android-developers] Disable 2g and 3g networks

Hi all!

I am developing an application that is used for a sort of tournaments.
The requirements are that if the application is running it should be
impossible to make and receive phone calls.

Can i disable 2g/3g from within my app?
(Airplane mode is no option, because i still need GPS)
