Is this possible? Trying to create a site where users add their real estate listings

Here's the idea,

1. User creates an account on this site.
2. They use Google Maps to add their own real estate listing to the
map.(listing stays on map for 4 weeks and then is automatically
deleted)
3. When another person clicks on that listing it takes them to the
webpage where more information can be found on the property

It's that simple, but i can't figure out if this is a possibility.

Please help.

Any suggestions.
