Thank you Larry. So how to I reset latitude and longitude and how do I even
find your what the correct settings should be?

I don't see a problem. The map works fine, the coordinates are 0,0
and located in the ocean off the coast of africa, so all I see
initially is blue ocean.

The marker is where you set it to be:
latitude = parseFloat('0');
longitude = parseFloat('0');
