I realised I'd rather give the restaurant it's own icon, instead of
opening the info window, as it took up too much space and covered the
parking icons. very helpful for the future though, Thanks a million!

All done and working now. All I may do in the future is give the
parking windows info boxes their own mini maps, possibly in satellite
view, to make it as clear as possible.

Is it possible to get the main map to open in satellite view? I
couldn't find this anywhere when I tried in the past.
