Keys are a standard length and the first eight characters are
"ABQIAAAA". They will also always be the same for any given URL, so
you must have used different URLs to generate the ones you quote. Your
"old" key won't work.

The request you quote in the Group seems fine; but a 403 error
definitely indicates that Google has identified something they don't
like and deliberately blocked the request. Is there any way of running
a browser from your server? You might get a CAPTCHA image to unblock
something.
