Re: Google Maps API Premier Client ID and Local Hosts.
Unless I am missing something critical about the Google Maps ToS,
leaving it without a Client ID (bypassing the necessary Google Maps
Premier subscription) when we go to sell and distribute this
application it would be a flagrant violation of the ToS.
To be clear, the HTML pages in question (which utilize the Google Maps
JavaScript API) are generated by a desktop application we are in the
process of building (and eventually sell). Since the maps that will be
generated by our users are not publicly for freely accessible, a Maps
Premier licence will be required for our customer's to use.
