RE: PHP Access Violation

I was already using the key parameter, but not "sensor" or "oe," so
I've added those to my call. If the problem does not recur, then not having
them before would likely have been the problem.

It would be helpful if Pamela Fox and Tom Manshreck would update
their instructions at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/articles/phpsqlgeocode.html to include
"sensor" and "oe".

Let's hope this solves the problem. If not, I'll post about it
again.
