[android-developers] start activity without mention in androidmanifestfile

Hi,
I want to start an activity without mention it in AndroidManifest.xml file.Is it possible,If so how it is
Give me me a sample code,
I have tried the following but it throws exception activity not found
 Intent i=new Intent();
         ComponentName cn=new ComponentName("com.android.Layout","com.android.Layout.spinnners");//packagename,activityname
         i.setComponent(cn);
         i.setFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK);
         startActivity(i);
