[jQuery] Demo Error for Accordion

There is a bug in the demo/docs here:

http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Accordion

In this block, the H3's don't properly close tags. Causes issues with
IE, and might reduce some of the noise on the lists from bogus
problems.
