@login_required decorator sends me to the wrong URL

I added the @login_required decorator to my view but it redirects me
to:

http://localhost/accounts/login

whereas the URL for my site is:

http://localhost/test/accounts/login

This is on Apache. Did I forget to configure something in settings.py?
