'map data', content and server side long-lats

Hi,

I've got a quick query re: the api terms. Specifically, what is 'map
data' in point 10.2, given that the earlier definition of 'Content'
includes 'map data'.

10.2 copy, translate, modify, create a derivative work of, or
publicly display any Content or any part thereof (for example, the
following are prohibited: (a) creating server-side modification of map
tiles; and (b) stitching multiple static map images together to
display a map that is larger than permitted in the Maps APIs
Documentation

Specifically, if I amend a long-lat return server-side to move an
incorrectly placed pin, am I in breach?

I don't think so, but my lawyer suspects otherwise.

Cheers, Will
