You only have to deploy once, so there is a *.cache.js on your server.
It'll then detect it's running in the hostedmode and won't use the
*.nocache.html but the... well... hosted mode.

Or (to repeat myself for the 20th time this year, at least) you can
use a proxy servlet to relay your requests to your server; see issue
3131 for sample code of such a servlet.
