1. Download jQuery from http://jquery.com/
2. Download jQuery UI via the theme roller here (select only the
components that you need) http://jqueryui.com/download
3. Load them in your HTML file like this

<script type="text/javascript" src="path/to/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="path/to/jquery-ui.js"></script>

4. Use them
