Here's a simple method that will allow you to respond to market
comments.

Simply download your app to a device and put in a comment. Whenever
you see a comment you need to reply to, update your comment. It will
move to the top of the stack. I use a preface of "Developer comment:
blah blah blah..." to do this and it works well. Perhaps too simple
but effective.

Of course, if you have a game that has to be purchased, you'll have a
problem as you can't purchase your own item. There are several ways
around that though.
