[jQuery] I want to show specific area after selecting an item from combo

Hello,
In brief i want to visible specific area whn user will select an item
from combo list. Example:

when user will click a destination from combo, 2 another combo will
come after it. each list contain 2 unique combo so whn user click
Manual Antenio 2 combo will come whn user click Tamarindo another 2
combo will come....

i started learning jquery! so please help me sorted it out...
