Re: Strange Internet Explorer problem

Sorry, forgot to post information..

Browser: Internet Explorer version 8 (8.0.7600.16385).
OS: Windows 7

Using a custom javascript framework.

The javascript popup window is assigned a content div (which contains the google maps div container). It's inserted into the window when the window is opened. The content div starts off attached to the document body.

I really don't know how to describe this other than it seems
transparent images are opening a "portal" to the div below the
container div that google maps resides in.

It seems impossible to me, but I can basically see through an opaque
div where transparency should be in an image.

I can't post a link unfortunately, but here is a screen shot.. hoping
someone else has an idea or experience with this problem.

Thanks
