[android-developers] Does the Android Market check installed android's version ?

Hi,

I was wondering if the market checks if the application can be
installed on the device.

For example, if I have an Android 1.6 and if I try to install an
application with :

"<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="7" />" on its manifest.

What will happend ?
