How to find out if Terms are being violated

Hi

We've inherited a system that we need to support. It uses the API to
display places searched for.

The system requires a paid customer login, and I've been asked to find
out if the key being used is a premier key or not to prevent violation
of the t&c.

Unfortunately the company who originally developed the system no
longer exists and the the individual who commissioned the system is no
longer with our client. So now no one knows what's going on.

How do I find out if the key used in the system is a premier key?

I've searched this group but could not find a similar question. Sorry
if I missed it.
