Your mapiconmaker.js doesn't seem to be a valid javascript.

Your sidebar HTML looks like
<div id='..'><a href="javascript:myclick(' ...') onmouseover='...'
onmouseover='...' onmouseout='...'></a><br></div>
You're only allowed one mouseover attribute, you should combine them
