Django does all those things. 

It's not really possible to tell you whether Django is suitable for your app - only you know all the requirements and what you want to do.  Django can probably be used to create any sort of web application - what changes is how easy it is, and how much you have to do versus getting off-the-shelf.

Your best bet is to read the Django docs to get a feel for what it does, and then evaluate yourself.
