GWT Plugin For Eclipse - Not Showing New Web Application Option

I installed the 3.5 plugin for Galileo from the update site and there
are no new project options showing up when I restart after
installation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing happens,
I don't even get any error messages. Is there something I'm not doing?
