HTTP Request Question (Connecting to Yahoo Finance)

Hi,
This URL:
http://download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=ibm&f=sl1c1d1

Returns this text String:
"IBM",122.81,0.00,"2/10/2010"

What do I have to implement in my ServiceImpl.java file to connect to
this URL and return the text String to the client?
