[Rails] Auto Post video to facebook

Hi,
I want to post video from my site to facebook with auto post.
First time when user post video to the facebook and if he will set
auto post on facebook. Than if user uploaded any video than
automatically that video should be shared on facebook. I want to develop
auto post video to facebook. How may i do that? I am newbiee in Ruby on
Rails.
There is any way without developing any facebook applications?
