I am trying to solve the same trouble.

It seems to be operation system dependent. With Windows XP browsers
you get a new value with getPOV() after each movement. With OSX
browsers, getPOV() always returns the value of the last
setLocationAndPOV(). I don't know about Linux browsers.

I think that is a Flash version issue.

Actually "initialized" that would return the data needed, is not
triggered at all in OSX.
