Shame you don't, or haven't, posted pictures, that would be interesting
to see.
This chap, it was his shop, unfortunately had a bit of a distrust of
things electrickery and had no DROs on any tools, he had a couple of
mills that would have benefited from them. When he was attending one of
my neighbours party, old friends from Stottert & Pitt, he popped round
to check out the Sony DRO reading on my BP against the dials, spot on,
but he had a distrust, a real shame. He was claimed prematurely by
cancer. He specialised in spline cutting, keyways, gears. He ran a
number of Fellows gear shapers. His only foray into CNC that I'm aware
of was the acquisition of an old CNC Beaver mill with Fanuc control and
4th axis that was used to do an order for prime number master gears. I
think he knew his stuff but in that case he was hoping for help from
his computer literate son that helped but didn't want to take on the
business.

LOL! It was originally $777.77 just to be a smart-ass. But, in spite of
what I told you in my email, my wife DID update the site about a year
ago and, unknown to me until a few days later, she raised all my

Yeah, I thought "Is he retiring, or just looking for a more permanent
setup in the winter?" I guess you need something to do when it's not
fishing weather. I know this is not my favorite time of year for
fishing here in Texas, although my brother tears up the reds in deep
holes in the river in the winter. It's actually against the law to
pick up specks which turn to cordwood in the cold snaps such as last
month.

Not to my knowldege. One of the first things I did on these machines

Looks very solidly built.
They had similar lathes in Russia, called 16K20.

I believe that a 16x40 inch 16k20 weighs almost three metric tons.

Do you mean the insulation on the sensor's lead wires? Teflon has good

You make all kinds of claims but offer zero to back them up. You are another
zero like 0bama. Sounds like 0zero actually had poor grades and was accepted
into law school based on affirmative action quotas. What were his "great"
grades in college school? What were his great grades in law school?

He got to be a zero President by hypnotizing a bunch of zeros like you. He
accomplished nothing, ran the country into the ground, can't even get his
own party top agree with him on anything, and failed to deliver on any of
his promises. A big loser zero, yet you sit there telling everyone what a
success he is. You haven't mentioned a single accomplishment of the big
loser zero since he's been President. He's the zero President and you have
nothing to back up any of your claims of success.

0bama's through. He's a lame duck. He's done nothing positive and will never
accomplish anything worth any mention. His pages in history will be filled
with question marks and zeroes. Your only argument for 0bama is to claim
that he's no worse than the democrats and Republicans in the House. Great
accomplishment! The big loser zero. Just like you, you took your best shot
at trying to convince the group that 0bama is not a zero, and you failed.
You're a big zero too.

Hey, shit licking KKKowardly maroon luser, have you not figured out that 99%
of humanity, just like 99% of users here, consider your KKKowardly shit
licking stupid luser racist ass as something to be carefully wiped off of
the bottom of one's shoe, lest one accidentally get some on one?
How terribly proud your shit licking KKKowardly ass must be! And boy, howdy,
obviously your insignificant stupid racist trailer trash impotent little
pricklet ass sure has scared the bejeebus out of me!
<snort>
As far as you know, luser KKKoward...
Tell me, KKKoward, how does it feel to KNOW that calling you slime is an
insult to slime everywhere? Tell me, KKKoward, you're hell on "outing" other
people. Why is it your KKKowardly hypocritical stupid racist impotent little
ass feels the need to hide in the digital bushes? Other than the fact that
you're a bat shit crazy KKKowardly insignificant little prickelt, of course.
Well?
<tap, tap, tap>
But hey, everyone knows repeating the same failed action over and over and
over again, each time expecting a different outcome, is a sure sign of
sanity and intelligence, right, you stupid motherfucker?
Feeling smarterer, now, are you, shit licking KKKowardly KKKweer?
BTW, you fucking IDIOT , thanks ever so much for leaving the no archive
command that you're too fucking STUPID to know is honored ANYWHERE in the
body of the text.
Well played, that! Bravo! Yooz shore izza strategical-type jeen-yus, yooz
izza, insignificant little racist pricklet.
And now, though it's far too subtle and gentle for a true POS ignorant
racist stupid asshole impotent little pricklet like you...
You swine. You vulgar little maggot. You worthless bag of filth. As we
say in Texas, you couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions
printed on the heel. You are a canker, an open wound. I would rather
kiss a lawyer than be seen with you. You took your last vacation in
the Islets of Langerhans.
You're a putrescent mass, a walking vomit. You are a spineless little
worm deserving nothing but the profoundest contempt. You are a jerk, a
cad, and a weasel. I take that back; you are a festering pustule on a
weasel's rump. Your life is a monument to stupidity. You are a stench,
a revulsion, a big suck on a sour lemon.
I will never get over the embarrassment of belonging to the same
species as you. You are a monster, an ogre, a malformity. I barf at
the very thought of you. You have all the appeal of a paper cut.
Lepers avoid you. You are vile, worthless, less than nothing. You are
a weed, a fungus, the dregs of this earth. You are a technicolor yawn.
And did I mention that you smell?
You are a squeaking rat, a mistake of nature and a heavy-metal bagpipe
player. You were not born. You were hatched into an unwilling world
that rejects the likes of you. You didn't crawl out of a normal egg,
either, but rather a mutant maggot egg rejected by an evil scientist
as being below his low standards. Your alleged parents abandoned you
at birth and then died of shame in recognition of what they had done
to an unsuspecting world. They were a bit late.
Try to edit your responses of unnecessary material before attempting
to impress us with your insight. The evidence that you are a
nincompoop will still be available to readers, but they will be able
to access it ever so much more rapidly. If cluelessness were crude
oil, your scalp would be crawling with caribou.
You are a thick-headed trog. I have seen skeet with more sense than
you have. You are a few bricks short of a full load, a few cards short
of a full deck, a few bytes short of a full core dump, and a few
chromosomes short of a full human. Worse than that, you top-post. God
created houseflies, cockroaches, maggots, mosquitos, fleas, ticks,
slugs, leeches, and intestinal parasites, then he lowered his
standards and made you. I take it back; God didn't make you. You are
Satan's spawn. You are Evil beyond comprehension, half-living in the
slough of despair. You are the entropy which will claim us all. You
are a green-nostriled, crossed eyed, hairy-livered inbred
trout-defiler. You make Ebola look good.
You are weary, stale, flat and unprofitable. You are grimy, squalid,
nasty and profane. You are foul and disgusting. You're a fool, an
ignoramus. Monkeys look down on you. Even sheep won't have sex with
you. You are unreservedly pathetic, starved for attention, and lost in
a land that reality forgot. You are not ANSI compliant and your markup
doesn't validate. You have a couple of address lines shorted together.
You should be promoted to Engineering Manager.
Do you really expect your delusional and incoherent ramblings to be
read? Everyone plonked you long ago. Do you fantasize that your
tantrums and conniption fits could possibly be worth the $0.000000001
worth of electricity used to send them? Your life is one big
W.O.M.B.A.T. and your future doesn't look promising either. We need to
trace your bloodline and terminate all siblings and cousins in order
to cleanse humanity of your polluted genes. The good news is that no
normal human would ever mate with you, so we won't have to go into the
sewers in search of your git.
You are a waste of flesh. You have no rhythm. You are ridiculous and
obnoxious. You are the moral equivalent of a leech. You are a living
emptiness, a meaningless void. You are sour and senile. You are a
loathsome disease, a drooling inbred cross-eyed toesucker. You make
Quakers shout and strike Pentecostals silent. You have a version 1.0
mind in a version 6.12 world. Your mother had to tie a pork chop
around your neck just to get your dog to play with you. You think
that HTTP://WWW.GUYMACON.COM/FUN/INSULT/INDEX.HTM is the name of a
rock band. You believe that P.D.Q. Bach is the greatest composer who
ever lived. You prefer L. Ron Hubbard to Larry Niven and Jerry
Pournelle. Hee-Haw is too deep for you. You would watch test patterns
all day if the other inmates would let you.
On a good day you're a half-wit. You remind me of drool. You are
deficient in all that lends character. You have the personality of
wallpaper. You are dank and filthy. You are asinine and benighted.
Spammers look down on you. Phone sex operators hang up on you.
Telemarketers refuse to be seen in public with you. You are the source
of all unpleasantness. You spread misery and sorrow wherever you go.
May you choke on your own foolish opinions. You are a Pusillanimous
galactophage and you wear your sister's training bra. Don't bother
opening the door when you leave - you should be able to slime your
way out underneath. I hope that when you get home your mother runs
out from under the porch and bites you.
You smarmy lagerlout git. You bloody woofter sod. Bugger off, pillock.
You grotty wanking oik artless base-court apple-john. You clouted
boggish foot-licking half-twit. You dankish clack-dish plonker. You
gormless crook-pated tosser. You bloody churlish boil-brained clotpole
ponce. You craven dewberry pisshead cockup pratting naff. You cockered
bum-bailey poofter. You gob-kissing gleeking flap-mouthed coxcomb. You
dread-bolted fobbing beef-witted clapper-clawed flirt-gill. May your
spouse be blessed with many bastards.
You are so clueless that if you dressed in a clue skin, doused yourself
in clue musk, and did the clue dance in the middle of a field of horny
clues at the height of clue mating season, you still would not have a
clue. If you were a movie you would be a double feature;
_Battlefield_Earth_ and _Moron_Movies_II_. You would be out of focus.
You are a fiend and a sniveling coward, and you have bad breath. You
are the unholy spawn of a bandy-legged hobo and a syphilitic camel.
You wear strangely mismatched clothing with oddly placed stains. You
are degenerate, noxious and depraved. I feel debased just knowing that
you exist. I despise everything about you, and I wish you would go
away. You are jetsam who dreams of becoming flotsam. You won't make
it. I beg for sweet death to come and remove me from a world which
became unbearable when you crawled out of a harpy's lair.
It is hard to believe how incredibly stupid you are. Stupid as a stone
that the other stones make fun of. So stupid that you have traveled
far beyond stupid as we know it and into a new dimension of stupid.
Meta-stupid. Stupid cubed. Trans-stupid stupid. Stupid collapsed to
a singularity where even the stupons have collapsed into stuponium.
Stupid so dense that no intelligence can escape. Singularity stupid.
Blazing hot summer day on Mercury stupid. You emit more stupid in one
minute than our entire galaxy emits in a year. Quasar stupid. It cannot
be possible that anything in our universe can really be this stupid.
This is a primordial fragment from the original big stupid bang. A pure
extract of stupid with absolute stupid purity. Stupid beyond the laws
of nature. I must apologize. I can't go on. This is my epiphany of
stupid. After this experience, you may not hear from me for a while.
I don't think that I can summon the strength left to mock your moronic
opinions and malformed comments about boring trivia or your other
drivel. Duh.
The only thing worse than your logic is your manners. I have snipped
away most of your of what you wrote, because, well ... it didn't
really say anything. Your attempt at constructing a creative flame was
pitiful. I mean, really, stringing together a bunch of insults among a
load of babbling was hardly effective... Maybe later in life, after
you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more
success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal"
people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering.
But we sometimes forget that there are "challenged" persons in this
world who find these things to be difficult. If I had known that this
was true in your case then I would have never have exposed myself to
what you wrote. It just wouldn't have been "right." Sort of like
parking in a handicap space. I wish you the best of luck in the
emotional, and social struggles that seem to be placing such a
demand on you.
P.S.: You are hypocritical, greedy, violent, malevolent, vengeful,
cowardly, deadly, mendacious, meretricious, loathsome, despicable,
belligerent, opportunistic, barratrous, contemptible, criminal,
fascistic, bigoted, racist, sexist, avaricious, tasteless, idiotic,

pass campaign finance reform and they'd have to deal with tort reform and

The deal that the UAW has with GM has nothing to do with how much
political power the unions have compared to what business has. But I
know why you avoided that. Union power compared to business power is
small, to say the least.
> The recent rulling gives corporations and nonprofits equal footing

Come off of it. Business was in the driver's seat before this ruling and
you know it. This increased it's power so the inequality between unions
and business is increased on the side of business. This was a win for
business and no one else. Would you like to have some of that pre
takeover GM stock? You know, the stock that was going to be worth
nothing when GM went bankrupt. Face the facts, GM was going bankrupt and
only the government intervention stopped that. When the government saved
GM's ass it was entitled the power to make decisions for the failed
company. But for some reason you're calling saving a company on the road
to bankruptcy Communism? Better do some reading up on the subject.

Don't you know why corporations were not allowed to contribute to
elections 60 days before they hold them? It's because they have way too
much power and if you want a fair election they can't jump in at the
last minute with unlimited money to throw the election any way they
want. Now they can. You call that a win for the people. You have some
kind of problem with your thinking. More power went to the corporations.
You may not realize it but that just reduced your civil rights.
Actually, I'm sure you don't have any idea what you have lost. But
you'll find out.

Do you think the UAW was there at the table because they won a random
drawing?? You are quite naive. They were there to snap up the stock
for pennies on the dollar with no other bidders able to make their
offer for the same owndership for only one reason. Resident Obama
needs the UAW.
> But I
> know why you avoided that.
Actually I redirected the conversation back to what the thread is
about. It is not for the Congress to decide whether Unions or
Corporations has more power, and then try to equalize it by
restricting one or the other from speaking their mind regarding
elections.
In the US each party gets to express their views freely. No governemnt
entity gets to referee who spends more or who supposedly has more
say.
>Union power compared to business power is
> small, to say the least.
So you say. I say otherwise. The difference is you want the government
to intervene on one side of the argument. That's plainly not the
American way.

No I don't know that. The example I gave provides a compelling
argument to support my side of the argument.
But even if I were wrong, it is NOT the American way for the Congress
to handicap one side or the other.

I believe that in a fair and open resolution, anyone who wanted to
would have been allowed to bid for ownersip rather than allowing
Resident Obama decide. Allowing the ROTUS to decide corporate
ownership is Fascist.
Again, the facts of that case is that Corporate owners of the debt
were made to step aside while a UNION swept in to get the stock IN
FRONT of the lendors. That was completely illegal, btw.
The White House threatened the lendors that they would be destroyed if
they didn't take the deal. This occurred two days after Scare Force
One flew over Wall Street, sharing the shit out of thousands of wokers
who had gone through 9/11, so the threat was well placed.
You know, the stock that was going to be worth

You are clueless regarding federal bankrupcty law. So let me educate
you. No, the president doesn't get to decide who the new owners will
be. Nor does it get to threaten lenders to step aside. So we have
examples of Communism and Fascism in the deal.

I've already found out that giving unions the power to advertise while
others cannot can result in those unions taking over ownership of GM.
You want the government to decide which organizations can participate
in our elections and which ones can't. Ever read Animal Farm? Do you
know the expression "Some animals are more equal than others?" You
should be because that is the policy you wanted to keep in force.

I did an enlightening thing today. I was in a distant city in a far off
galaxy, and they sold Husqvarns saws. I stopped in and asked.
The man who has forgotten more than I know about chain saws says I can go
with a 18", but not a 20".
One can learn a lot by observing, and by asking the man.

How bout chain saw sharpening tricks?
I saw an EZ Lap bit today. Diamond studded. $6. I got one. After that,
it's just the right angle, and having your rakers at the right height.
I can sharpen a dull knife with my 2" x 4" EZLap stone in less than two
minutes, and that is frightfully sharp.

Had the top cover off, and that's not it. Did get some fresh gas and
Stabil, and will mix some very new gas tomorrow, and flush the old out and
try with the new. I went to a Cowboy Super Market today and talked with the
guys. Bought an EZLap diamond burr for sharpening. They said old gas can
cause the symptoms I am describing.
Ah, life ..........
