deposit money from any bank in world to alertpay and withdraw money from alertpay to your local bank

I want to set up a payment processor in my new website, and I found
out Alertpay...It looks adequate to Malaysia's internet marketer..

According to Alertpay, yon can deposit money from any bank in world to
alertpay and withdraw money from alertpay to your local bank......it
looks much more flexible than paypal.
Furthermore, they also allow seller to set up alertpay's credit card
pymt processor.

Just wondering does anyone has experience of using alertpay? is it
good?
