Maybe not. It is entirely possible that there is no database of this
kind anywhere that will allow you to rip off its data.

Did you really look at Local Search? It seems to do exactly what you
asked for - "nearest restaurants, clubs, shops, gas stations?" and you
can call it from php. There is even an example using curl.
But it still doesn't allow you to steal the data.
