HTMLPanel row sapcing??

i created some rows at comilationg time in .ui.xml file.
Later on, at run time using TableRowElement.Delete(int) function i
deleted the whole row.

on doing so, now at the deleted section, the row spacing is quite
larger than at other sections.

How do i correct it? can it be done?
