kml validates but doesn't appear on map

trying to load http://ibis.cqcontent.com/KML onto a google map. kml
works inside google earth and validates at various online validators
but when i try to load it craps out.

when i load it on map.google.com it says there are errors in the
file.

anyone see the problem?
