Location Linking

I am working on a automotive website and each dealer has a number
button that when clicked, it shows the dealer location on the map,
with links for directions. Is there an example online of how this is
done

here is an example of what i need to accomplish

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=apartments%20for%20rent%20in%20new%20york&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl
