Looking for article on displaying viewer's location on map.

I know pretty much nothing about the api, but only need to make this
one modification to a pre-made map.

Obviously when connecting from a PC location is going to be generic, I
need to know how to get the location when the webpage is viewed on a
mobile phone with location enabled via gps or tower.

I'm sorry if this is not where to post this sort of thing, I really
don't know where I can. Thanks for any help.
