Map data options

I have four (4) maps that I have created
http://www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/central.html
http://www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/south.html
http://www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/northeast.html
http://www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/northwest.html

I call these maps from http://www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/index.html
based upon where the person clicks on the map they get that respective
file. Each file has a different center point and zoom level. Other
than those 2 items the files are exactly alike. That means that I
have to update 4 files each and every time that I add or delete a
square dance club or organization.

I would like to have all the marker data in one data file The four
map files would then access the marker data in the data file and
display it. That way I would only have to update one file each time
there is a change to the data.

Can anybody tell me how I would go about doing this?

Thanks,
Bruce
