Mouseout event not detected for Focuspanel

Hi,
I have a Focuspanel containing a FlowPanel, and this Focuspanel is
contained inside of a PopupPanel. I called the Focuspanel's
addMouseHandler method. I have several of these PopupPanels lined up
consecutively. I found that it did not detect all the mouseout event
when I moved the mouse very quickly through the set of PopupPanels.
Is this a known issue for the combination of FocusPanel/PopupPanel/
FlowPanel? If there is a workaround, please let us know. Thank you
