Yeah, That's what I use in my zoomIn function which is fixed to a max
of 19.

Main problem is that users are going to use the control. I guess I
either make my own control or hope the control reads
getMaximumResolution and overwrite that!

It would appear to be a map problem, as reverting to any version back
to 2.s still comes up with the same phenomenon.
