IE is trying to set an element's width to "undefinedpx" when you add
the first marker. I think these lines are the problem:
blueIcon.iconSize = new GSize();
orangeIcon.iconSize = new GSize();
redIcon.iconSize = new GSize();
yellowIcon.iconSize = new GSize();
greenIcon.iconSize = new GSize();

Firefox doesn't treat a CSS error as fatal --
Warning: Error in parsing value for property 'width'. Declaration
dropped.

Solution: set a valid iconSize.
