[slightly OT] how to increase fcgi timeouts

hi

this is slightly OT, but I have implemented nginx+fcgi and find that fcgi
timesout after 40 seconds - and some of my queries run longer than that. I
have searched the net for this, and find many complaints, but no solution. Has
anyone on this list solved this problem.
