[android-developers] alternative to tabhost

I am getting stack overflow problem.

My activity is working fine if I run it independently, but gives
stackoverflow when I add it to tabhost.

I am using sdk1.5 and I can't reduce my hierarchy.

I am looking for alternative approach to tabhost.

Pls suggest
