I was hoping to network with your Android Google Group to locate
Android Platform Developers. We have several 1+ year long projects at
major wireless company located in Sunnyvale, CA.

We are seeking candidates at the platform level, exp with internals of
Android. Below are the details. Please forward to any colleagues that

Details:
• Developing optimized Linux drivers for peripherals such as cameras
and LCDs
• Porting and optimizing drivers, codecs and plugins to Linux/Android
multimedia frameworks.
• Adapting Android multimedia frameworks to operate seamlessly with 2D/
3D hardware graphics accelerators

Job Requirements
• 10 years hands on software development experience.
• Proficient with Android multimedia frameworks. Must have hands on
experience adapting and optimizing codecs, driver and/or hardware
graphics accelerators to an Android platform.
• Excellent embedded Linux skills specializing in video codec
development and/or camera, display, and graphics driver development.
• Excellent hands on and architectural skills in the area of
multimedia frameworks such as OpenMax and V4L2 adaptation.
• Strong embedded software debugging skills.
• Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, adapt and learn quickly in a
demanding, performance-based environment.
