Geolocation API

Hi,

I am using W3c standards geolocation google API for finding
the location of Users who visit our site.

When user connect with wifi network i can able to fetch the
location of the User but when user connect with data-cards means
visting the site using data-cards network, i am not able to fetch the
location of users it was throwing the error as

"Undefined Location" in Firefox and in IE "geolocation
cannot supported" error.
I tried fetching the user location with IP address, but in this case
also when user using data-cards it was fetching the location of User
but this will be the location where this data-cards is registered not
the location where user is using the card

Bottom-line is when user using the data-cards i am
unable to fetch the User location.

Please can u clarify that Can we fetch the location If
User use Data-cards..?
