Map behind the map?

I have a problem that only appears to manifest under IE7 and 8. It
appears that another map is loading behind the primary one. It
appears to be offset by about 5 pixels off the right hand side of the
map. I am thinking this is causing an error in IE7 and 8 only that
says I have the wrong API key. There are no issues in any other
browser. Any help or insight would be really appreciated. Thanks.
