Map Overlays and Mac Safari Issue

I've noted that when the browser page is enlarged for viewing (cmd +
on mac) the overlay of the county's border successfully follows the
map on both Firefox and Chrome, but fails to do so on Safari (all on
mac). The markers do follow the map on all three browsers.

Is there anything I can do to force Safari to properly expand the
overlay with the page?
