no checkboxes for read only objects

Hi Django,

Is this possible ?

On change list page, I would like to provide check boxes only for the
objects which could be effected by admin actions.
But for some of the objects I would not like to provide admin actions
since I don't wont them to be modified.

check box if we can modify the object, otherwise not.
