Yeah, I re-installed rails and it doesn't work at all. The project was
created after installing version 2.3.8 and it's a riddle to me, why
there are different versions of some packages.
Webrick:

=> Rails 2.3.8 application starting on http://0.0.0.0:3000
=> Call with -d to detach
=> Ctrl-C to shutdown server
