[Rails] TrainerOnRails is back with Basic HTML and Ruby for Rail courses

Hi Folks,

Just want to share with you the new and improved Trainer On Rails site
http://www.traineronrails.com/, and two of courses already available
there.

Here are the courses ideas:

The HTML one was aimed for students that don't know web development at
all. It is an inclusive very first course for COBOL or Client/Server
Programmers, only HTML nothing else: http://www.public.traineronrails.com/courses/html/

The Ruby for Rails one was aimed for those students interested in
Rails that haven't seen Ruby the language yet:
