This is still the official list of supported services, I think:

Driving directions in China are shown as "domain restricted", which
may mean that *.com domains are a casualty and you need to use a *.cn
domain. Geocoding works for non-Chinese domains though, so you could
fall back to a straight-line distance, apply a multiplier (found
empirically) and a warning together with your existing notice about
how to get an accurate figure.
