 I would suggest a good start would be a link showing where you've got to at the moment, together with a proper description of what you are attempting to do.  What is not good practice is to suggest that you would like others to write code for you. Ask instead for help with where you're going wrong. That does presuppose you've made an attempt.  Or: just ask someone to write the code. You will need a proper specification and some money, and it does depend on how much time others are able to devote to the issue (and on your budget).
