suggest box hides whole page in IE

I'm using UIBinder for my application. Problem is that when the pop-up
of the SuggestBox is
shown, all the background goes white, and when pop-up closes
everything is displayed. It happens only in IE and working fine in all
other browsers FF,Chrome, Safari. Adding a suggest box to the
DockLayoutPanel which is added to the RootLayoutPanel.

Same thing with Menus also. We've implemented most of the application
and we have been testing in Firefox through out the development. Now
we found this serious problem. Can anyone help me regarding this?
