Yeah that's what I thought but I wanted to ask anyway. With a cursory
check it not only appears that the street and landmark font sizes are
actually suitable for human reading (on the higher density devices),
but also that the tiles are thinned out as far as the amount of data
is concerned that's needed to load each tile.
