You can upsell your app without having to litter it with ads (and the
users get it for free), especially if you have a free (crippled) and
full paid version. There is no subscription service yet. Perhaps
contact them if that's what you want?

I just read the Market developer agreement today and I don't believe
there are restrictions from you from managing sales within your app.
